On November 21, 1957 the Lord beautifully saved and filled

me with the genuine baptism of the Holy Ghost in a old

fashioned Revival Meeting.  Not long thereafter I received

my Ordination License as an Evangelist.  My Pastor at that

time, Elder Thomas Larkin advised me to go attend the A.A.

Allen Revival Meeting while it was in town.  In 1968 while

attending a A.A. Allen meeting, the Lord told Evangelist A.A.

Allen to call me to the platform.  He prophesied to me and

told me "On this night, the Lord said, a double portion of

the anointing of the spirit of Elijah shall come upon thee and

your ministry shall never be the same.  And you shall go forth

from this place and shall be a great blessing to many." 

When Evangelist A.A. Allen laid his hands on me I went out in

the spirit of God.  When I got up from that platform I was

never the same. I began to travel doing the work of an

Evangelist and hold Revival Meetings.  The Lord brought me

under the ministry of Apostle Richard D. Henton in Chicago,

Illinois.  It was under Apostle Henton's ministry that my

ministry began to grow even more.  I received my Ordination

License as a Pastor under the ministry of Apostle Henton.

While I was called to New York to conduct a Revival Meeting

for Bishop Brown in Brooklyn, New York on Pitkin Avenue,

the Lord spoke to me and said, "Begin a church after the

meeting is over.  I also thank God for being under the

leadership of Apostle Richard D. Henton.  His ministry has

inspired my life from that day until now, and it continues to

flow into my life.

The Lord said "You shall name the church THE WAY OF

HOLINESS CHURCH OF GOD PENTECOSTAL OUTREACH

MINISTRY."  In Brooklyn, New York, the Lord assigned me to

train ministers and the membership to go forth and make

disciples.  I have received a Bachelor Degree of Theology, A

Master's Degree in Religious Arts in Education and a Doctor of

Divinity Degree from Canon Bible College.  After Pastoring

for 39 years the Lord spoke to me and said " Your work is

finished here.  You have done that which I commanded you

to do.  I am pleasesd.  For you have obeyed me.  Now I have

another assignment.  Go to Memphis.  There I shall give you

favor with many of my leaders and my people,  and there I

shall open the door unto you to bring my word to my

people."   The Lord has directed me to settle in West

Memphis, Arkansas to begin this new assignment.  The Lord

also spoke to me and said, when the fullness of time comes,

I am going to give you a church in West Memphis.
